MY "WHY"--Many owners wear all the hats in their organizations and their businesses can end up consuming their lives. Owners are often are pulled into areas of their businesses that they don't enjoy or that they are not well suited for--"sales management" is often one of those areas. I train, develop, and manage effective sales teams. I build revenues, establish sales processes, and create sales infrastructures for small/medium sized business owners so that they can refocus their time on other areas of their businesses. But, more importantly, I intend to help owners REGAIN THEIR TIME AND QUALITY OF LIFE and to focus their time on the more important roles that we all have in life, which are outside of work. I focus on small to mid-size businesses with annual revenues between $2M-$20M to put their sales team and processes back on track by doing the following: •.
