Consultant with states for CEEDAR: Collaboration for Effective Educator Development, Accountability and Reform (Center) & Author and coordinator of the Parent Ready Series grades 6-12.

I am currently working with state leadership in Georgia, Mississippi, Arkansas and Ohio supporting their efforts in Advancing Inclusive Leadership training and development to better care the needs of all students.

I am working with UT and NH on educator preparation reform and support with initiatives to support students with disabilities. I am also currently supporting the Inclusive Principal work in GA, OH, MS and AR. I have also worked with ME, NH, MA, CT, NJ, MD, DE, SD, MS, LA, HI and WV on educator effectiveness initiatives and education preparation reform. My NTEP duties were completed Oct 2017 and my DLERT duties were completed Oct 2018.

I was working with teachers and high school juniors and seniors to support the Level 3 Global Scholars Diploma work in Granville High School, Columbus North International and Westerville North, Central, South High Schools and the Worthington High Schools in Central Ohio.

I work with Innovation Teams and the Community of Practice groups. We are working on ways to improve professional learning strategies and Smart Demand.

Worked with public schools and BFK Hong Kong regarding Formative Instructional Practices and Teacher evaluation

Helped design a new school (Phoenix MS) in 2007 using Mastery of State Standards, integration, global education, student and parent voice, and professional learning groups.
