Tim has established himself as one of the preeminent IT strategists in the Southwest and has over twenty years of development and project leadership experience in a wide range of verticals including aviation, construction, finance, healthcare, education, media (print, web, digital), government and entertainment. Tim has extensive experience in Microsoft .Net architecture and development, relational database design, visual design and usability, and project management and forecasting. He has worked closely with multiple teams to set architectural direction, develop best practices, and to ensure on-time/on-budget delivery of projects.Tim designs and manages the implementation and cloud deployment of a suite of aviation safety products as Chief Technical Officer for Polaris Aero.Prior to Polaris Aero, Tim co-founded Net Fusion Services in 2002 and served in executive capacity for nearly 10 years. During his tenure with Net Fusion, Tim was involved in dozens of projects and managed services engagements. Prior to Net Fusion, Tim was a lead developer for InfoImage, a Phoenix-based, Microsoft-funded company which developed enterprise software for customers such as Kraft, Mitsubishi and USAF. During this time, he developed one of the very first .Net-based portal frameworks, demonstrating the superiority of the .Net framework as the platform of choice for business applications.
