During my employment with SupaNames I performed several duties including customer sales and support, system administration and maintenance.I supported both internal and external customers with website creation, in various languages, including HTML, PHP, ASP, ASP .Net, CSS, JavaScript, and VBScript. I provided support and guidance on search engine optimisation, with the use of robots.txt files, ensuring that content was both human and machine readable, with correct structured use of mark up and meta data. I was also responsible for the introduction of the Windows Hosting platform with Windows Server 2003 Web Edition with the implementation, development, and maintenance of the platform with ASP and ASP .Net. This involved planning, designing and coding an additional customer control panel to integrate with the server administration to allow individual customer customisation, and integration with existing automated server provisioning systems and existing customer account control panels. Prior to my introduction of the Windows hosting accounts and dedicated servers the company only provided Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP based hosting solutions.

It was part of my duty to log incoming new Pensions claim forms and post, I computerised this work with the introduction of a simple excel spreadsheet which could then be used for statistics generation and performance monitoring. I also provided IT training and support to various levels of the organisation, from administrative assistants to management levels on the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office systems. I updated the Microsoft Access database for the Income Support/Finance sections that I originally created for the Redditch office whilst on Work Experience during my time at NEW College, as part of this upgrade of the system I had to create documentation and technical notes as the system I had created was being used in 3 other offices within the region.

Analysis and quality control of various stages of the manufacturing process for products and components from the lost wax investment casting process. Process and Quality Control check components that did not meet agreed tolerance levels and provide problem resolution recommendations. I developed and maintained a database and reporting system for the Non-Conformance Reporting of failed and returned components from end-clients and in-house testing.
