Initial configuration completed for Performance Management, Talent Assessment and Succession Planning within an Executive requested 8 month time frame. ADKAR was used to design organizational change management plan for Workday launch. Created all training and communication for system and Performance Management Cycle launch.•Utilized Birkman 360's for Executive Development and MBTI Team assessments to assist teams in identifying opportunities for improvement.
