Led cross-functional market strategy projects for Latin America, Africa, Asia, Middle East, Pacific for sales growth, awarded by the Daimler “Continuous Improvement Cup”.Project "Leadership 2020": Contributed to redefine Daimler’s leadership culture by defining and implementing leadership principles and transformational projects, i.e. “Feedback Culture”, one out of eight projects including a 360-feedback solution and a gamified feedback app.
