Constructed a dynamic budget worksheet where executive team members can track and request funding. Set prices for chapter events. Acted as contact point for funding request, dues and and fees inquiries, and scholarship information.

Created content to be posted on UVA Recreation's social media accounts. Identified relevant stores within the Recreation Department with a specialization in human-interest, fitness, and instructional content. Served as lead for one of two teams within the Marketing Department.

Conducted and presented original market research regarding pricing, fees, loyalty programs, and distribution. Generated sales leads in new and existing markets and for universities and school districts. Shadowed managers during photoshoots, commercial shoots, quality assurance inspections, and department-wide catering updates.

Created a great customer experience for restaurant patrons. Set up, served, and broke down large banquets of up to 200 guests.
