T. Micah Washington is a Jack-of-all-trades. He is a transformative leader, people, culture, and civic engineer, a thinker, an innovative and charismatic preacher, homiletician, burgeoning theologian, and religious psychoanalyst known for his creative and non-traditional approaches to ministry and leadership practices.Micah embraces influence as a Global Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Specialist at The Boeing Company where he helps develop and support initiatives to foster a practical and genuine model for equality and inclusion in the workplace. He is a 2023 graduate of the Historic Morehouse College, where he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration Management, with secondary studies in Religion, Sociology, and Public Health. Micah is respected for his willingness to deal with challenging, yet relevant issues and communicate effectively and lovingly with all people. T. He is a passionate advocate for community transformation and development, as seen in his work with the NAACP, National Action Network, Interfaith Youthcore, Bread for The World, as a mentor in public school districts, and advocate and advisor for several community organizations and local businesses.
