Led research to conduct user interviews, usability testing, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve customer’s experience of On-Demand 3D CAD Design Services. Helped inform Revaly product creation––a 3D collaborative web SaaS application.Developed the Revaly design system to ensure consistency across the application. Maintained documentation for Design System users.Created system flows and user flow diagrams that helped create an understanding between engineering and design, inform design needs, and uncover any unknowns. Managed two junior designers, who learned to: conduct usability audits, design components in Figma, and other design needs for the company. One completed their Google UX certification. Managed one senior front-end engineer who led all front-end development on our Revaly application and learned about accessibility techniques in coding.
