So svojimi viacročnými HR skúsenosťami a 6-ročnou reťazovou materskou rozumiem obom stranám.Byť mama a odborníčka vo svojej profesii sa nevylučuje. Pôrodom ženy nezabudnú, čo vedeli predtým. Naopak, počas materskej/rodičovskej získajú veľa ďalších zručností, ktoré vedia využiť aj pracovnej oblasti. Preto ženám pomáhame, aby vedeli lepšie komunikovať svoju hodnotu zamestnávateľovi. ➡ Organizujem jednorazové bezplatné webináre na témy, ktoré súvisia s návratom do práce. Doteraz sa ich zúčastnilo viac ako 650 žien.➡ Som spoluautorka 14-týždňového online kurzu SPOKOJNÁ V PRÁCI, ktorý spúšťame raz ročne na jar. Počas kurzu pomáhame ženám prejsť z pozicíe “neviem čo chcem robiť, v čom som dobrá” do “už viem, ako by malo vyzerať moje kariérne smerovanie a poznám aj konkrétne kroky, ako sa tam dostať.”Doteraz máme 267 spokojných absolventiek.➡ Robíme osvetu a zverejňujeme príbehy “normálnych” žien, ktoré sú mamy a zároveň sú úspešné vo svojej profesii. Budujeme komunitu žien, ktoré sa vedia navzájom podporiť a inšpirovať sa od seba.▪️ PRACUJEME S FIRMAMI ▪️Rozumieme, že ani firmy to nemajú jednoduché. Pomáhame im jasnejšie si definovať "úsek zamestnaneckej cesty" - od momentu, keď žena ohlási že je tehotná až po návrat. Vyjasnenie postupov, očakávaní a otvorená komunikácia je hlavný predpoklad úspešného návratu do danej firmy aj po materskej.Inšpirujeme sa zahraničím vo veciach, ktoré fungujú.Moja srdcovka je job-sharing (zdielané pracovné miesto), ktorý je v zahraničí bežná prax, u nás o ňom nepočuť.Odvážnym firmám, ktoré by to toho šli ale nevedia ako, pomáhame s implementáciou.▪️ PREPÁJAME ICH NA JOB PORTÁLI ▪️Job portál, kde zverejňujú firmy svoje flexibilné ponuky vhodné pre ženy po kariérnej pauze.Na týchto pohovorov sa talentované ženy nemusia strachovať, ako vysvetlia “dieru v životopise”.https://www.pracujucemamy.sk/jobs/AKO SA SPOJIŤ:➡ Kontaktujte ma na terezia.mihalikova@pracujucemamy.sk alebo tu na Linkedine.
