I am a results-driven and human-centric leader with almost 20 years of experience in the international software consultancy business - a tech-business hybrid with an entrepreneurial mind and a born business sense. As a senior partner and member of the management team in an agile and growing Nordic software development agency, I'm part of almost every operation but I also personally lead multiple business areas: international business, mobile development business, Flutter development business with Rebel App Studio by Codemate, partnerships and ecosystem cooperation.I founded our Helsinki unit in 2014 and, together with our team, grew it from 0 to 40 within a few years, all while maintaining profitability. Since 2017, I have been developing our Flutter business, and in 2022, I founded our Flutter consultancy spinoff brand, Rebel App Studio by Codemate.During the first 10 years of my career, I held various technical roles as a freelancer, software engineer, and technical project manager.
