Responsible for end-to-end fortnightly payroll for over 900 employees solo, and maintaining, configuring, developing and improving the Aurion HRIS System. This role involves extensive HR reporting and analytics, and month and year end processing. This role is also responsible for all payroll queries, all income tax and superannuation queries and termination and redundancy calculations as required. A key requirement of this role was award interpretation and ensuring that the HRIS system is compliant to Fair Work requirements and the Enterprise Agreement. In addition, this role worked in partnership with the HR team to identify, develop and implement strategies, products, systems and solutions to enable HBF to achieve its business objectives.
