In addition to leading product development, I am involved in company management, including business planning and new business development.

Directed the development of the DiveUnit300 underwater drone and developed the electrical system and control software, and launched the product rental service, subscription service, and sales business.

The team was formed to concentrate on advanced development. My role within the team was team leader and control system engineer. As leader, I performed management tasks such as budget control and development progress management. I adopted an agile development approach, setting milestones and planning sprints to achieve them, setting development goals for each phase, and so on. As an engineer, I worked on motion control, control system development using ROS (Robot Operating System), participation in mechanism design, and circuit development (negotiation with partner companies). Some of the development products were handed over to the product design department.

Provided support for the design of control systems for electric fans, electric heaters, etc., and embedded software development. Later, I started development of elemental technologies for advanced development for new products. In the process, I worked on SLAM technology development using LIDAR and car driving control using omniwheels and mecanum wheels, and also participated in the development of kitchen products, working on elemental technology development, planning, and business model development.

I developed a quadruped walking robot with webcam localization and a self-driving car based on Toyota-AutoBody's COMS and Toyota Prius.I was leading a project to collect training data for machine learning for automobiles, and project operations overseas.

I was engaged in the research and development of a system that enables position control of multiple moving objects (i.e., a discretely arranged linear motor system). I was also engaged in the development of an overhead carriage and a gantry loader using this system for the traveling axis. I was in charge of the servo control system software for linear motors and the command generation system software for the discrete linear motor system.
