Completed under budget, on-time, and sold to a well-known tech company.• 350 Bush: 20-story trophy asset in SF Financial District. Completed on-time and leased to well-known tech companies at top-of-market rents. • 500 Pine: 5-story jewel box in SF Financial District. Completed on-time, leased at top-of-market rents, then sold at the highest $/SF for any office in San Francisco (at the time).

I provided entitlement services for Millbrae Serra Station TOD and construction management for retail and residential properties:• Millbrae Serra Station: TOD at the Millbrae BART station. Our team helped the Owner during the entitlements phase [Area Specific Plan, EIR, and Development Agreement]. Successfully up-zoned the property from Light-Industrial to Office and Resi use with 110' height limit (no FAR cap).
