Hi there! 👋 I’m Nived, a self-motivated Management Consultant in Strategy and Innovation at Deloitte USI, driven by a passion for innovation and impactful solutions. My journey began with a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Christ University, followed by an MBA from IIM Kozhikode (Class of '22), which have sharpened my analytical and strategic skillsAt Deloitte, I turn data-driven insights into actionable strategies, drive business transformation, and explore innovative AI use cases. My expertise includes end-to-end product strategy, shaping long-term plans, market sizing, competitor benchmarking, and whitespace analysis to uncover growth opportunities. I also design Power BI dashboards that enhance decision-making and optimize investment strategies. My experiences include organizing major events and leading workshops, showcasing my leadership and ability to inspire teams.Prior to Deloitte, I worked with Fortune 500 companies at Tata Consultancy Services as an SAP Consultant, focusing on strategic initiatives and project management. During my MBA, I gained hands-on experience in product management at Wellness Forever Medicare, where I designed a successful loyalty program and developed impactful product features. This experience honed my user research, product development, and UI/UX design skills, aligning with my interest in creating innovative products.Outside of work, I balance my professional life with cricket, badminton, football, and exploring acoustic guitar.
