• Recruited by GM IT’s Chief Planning Officer to lead strategy and planning for a global, multi-billion dollar IT transformation.Notable contributions:
• Successfully governed a 3 year program to insource and integrate highly disparate operations, and transition to a state-of-the-art infrastructure and delivery model. The result was a shift in innovation spend from 20%.
• Oversaw the hiring and ramp up of 11,000 IT professionals into 4 innovation centers across the U.S.
• Co-led the startup of an Advanced Analytics function, commissioned by GM’s CEO, and developed multi-year strategic roadmaps in support of new business initiatives around connected vehicles, mobility and customer.
