Hospitality and Tourism Management

Currently handling theoretical discussions and hands-on practical teachings in the Hospitality Management and Tourism Management Curriculum including food and beverage service, basic food preparation, hospitality and tourism marketing and hotel operations.

In-charge with the restaurant improvements on table service, customer service, staff development training, tea m culture and discipline.

Oversees daily operations in front desk, housekeeping , kitchen and server’s section.

Oversees check-in and check-out procedures, cashiering, reservations, handling guest complaints, releasing of rooms for selling, updating room status, finalization of the housekeeping team’s daily rooster, DTR summary and monthly assessment.

Handled theorotical discussion and hands-on practical teachings in the Hotel and Restaurant Management Curriculum including Housekeeping Managemement, Bar Managemet and Food and Beverage Managment.Have been appointed as the official advisor/coach of United Flairtenders Guild (UFG), the official flair-bartending club of Cebu Institute of Technology - University. I was assigned to train aspiring student flair-bartenders and also expose them to competitions and seminars.
