It wasn’t long after I joined the Army that I started thinking about where I wanted my career to take me. But I never could have anticipated the wonderful opportunities and experiences I’ve had during both my time in the military and after.I’ve been a part of many different industries and organizations; big and small; public, private and government; domestic and international; startups and fast-growing companies; and even managing operations in war-torn Iraq. Along the way, I learned something great about myself: There is nothing I cannot do, nothing that will stop me from succeeding, and nothing that I am afraid to try.I am a graduate of the Army’s School of Advanced Military Studies, a Senior Service College selectee, and recipient of the Department of Defense Legion of Merit. I’ve earned expert status in business development, and program and project management. I’ve been an entrepreneur, starting one company from scratch and building another to more than $300,000,000 in revenue. I’ve managed more than 250 people spread across 26 sites. And I’ve never disappointed my employer or myself.
