Also serves as project manager for projects and/or PMO continuous improvement initiatives. Leads a team of seven advisors in training and building the capacity of CPMD, the ANA facilities engineering department, to assume operations, maintenance, and construction responsibilities of all ANA facilities from the coalition forces. Responsible for the training and readiness of three civilian and four contract advisors conducting advisory, assistance, and mentorship operations in a multinational joint command in direct support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Coordinates the transition of $6.2 billion of NTM-A executed construction projects to the Afghan government. Provides engineering and construction expertise to senior Afghan leaders and their NTM-A advisors.
