Years of people, project, portfolio, program and operations management, and a leading role in many customer and partner collaborations, have equipped me with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organizational hierarchy, from end users to IT and business executives. Recently, as a member of the Invicro, a Konica Minolta Company, leadership team, with responsibility for Product and Program operations, I have provided operational direction to drive the transformation of development processes in Engineering, DevOps, Professional Services, Project, Program and Product Management and Customer Service. regularly report and present progress to the executive leadership and global operations team.My recent positions draw on my understanding of enterprise software needs in research organizations and regulated industries (pharma, biotech, clinical trials). My focus in software for Life Science has kept me knowledgeable in the areas of radiology, pathology, genomics, regulatory compliance, AI and machine learning and best of all data integration and analytics for what will hopefully be a successful implementation of advanced learning techniques to help inform and guide decisions in precision medicine. Many years of people leadership and customer focus at all levels of management have instilled a passionate belief in the need to share, both internally and externally, a transparent vision and clarity of objectives, as the key prerequisites to lead My last relevant long-term position at Invicro, was brought to an early end due to covid. The office in Boston closed, and I moved back to Southern California to reunite with friends and family. I continued to work remotely for Invicro.
