I have been an educator for fifteen years, with experiences as a high school math teacher, department chair, CTE district administrator, national non-profit board member, equity consultant, professional learning facilitator, state education agency strategic leader, and now CTE school administrator. I have immersed myself in the career and technical education field for the last fourteen years, and I carry a passion for spreading best practices of the holistic education experience found at the intersection of academic knowledge, technical skills, innovative thinking, and social-emotional competencies. My core values of Humanity, Humility, and Humor guide all aspects of my life. I espouse servant, distributive, data-informed, and—most importantly—student-centered leadership, and these tenets drive my leadership focus of ensuring high-quality, equitable opportunities for all learners to achieve their desired career and lifestyle goals.
