Strategic Planning for Information Management at IUCN WCPA

The Task Group drafted recommendations for GBIF on required cultural change for free and open access to primary biodiversity data, through the establishment of a 'Data Publishing Framework' addressing social, technical, and policy concerns. Recommendations included practical mechanisms to incentivize individual and institutional efforts in data generation.
