Produced more than 1,000 property valuations with aggregate value of over $1 billion, covering the office, retail, industrial, and multi-family sectors in markets nationwide, with deal size ranging anywhere from $250,000 to over $20 million. Made recommendations whether or not to pursue due diligence on loan portfolios, based on preliminary views of the real estate compared with pricing expectations and loan balances.
