• Design a new sales plan for a key growth sector by identifying key strategic priorities, balancing to market and introducing a simple, effective and motivating plan for participants. • Led the Workday configuration workstream for the Compensation Review experience serving as a liaison between Product teams and the compensation business unit. Led efforts related to project management, requirement gathering, proof of concept, end-to-end testing, refining configuration, communications, and supporting over 11,000 managers through the award process. • Compensation partner on an acquisition for 8,000 employees that included a unique annual compensation review event, unique temporary job code structure, and manager communications for employee integration.

• Partnered with Product teams in Recruiting, HCM, and Reward to complete comprehensive testing and to deliver an uninterrupted manager experience as a strategic analyst and project specialist for various 2022 enterprise-wide Compensation initiatives (Bonus eligibility changes ~28,000 employees; $18 minimum base pay ~6,000 employees; and inflation-related pay adjustments for ~ 34,000 employees). • Developed the job code structure and attribute mapping in preparation for the Union Bank acquisition (8,000 employees). Partnered with stakeholders across the bank to understand consequences related to system access, building access, licensing and registration, benefits, and bonus forecast accruals to ensure a successful employee onboarding experience.

• Led and designed global Compensation Review enhancement testing by constructing a plan through persona testing the lenses of key partners in proof of concept, end to end, and regression testing.• Mass changes expert in the Compensation department for job and compensation changes, bonus awards, one-time payments, and job profile management. Owned risk processes and controls associated with these processes. • Developed a more precise Excel tool to determine the pay range differentials based on geography, reducing the number of escalated inquiries from recruiters, talent consultants, and managers.

• Re-engineered the job code management process by creating and implementing an Access database that eliminated the manual compilation and organization of data saving us hours per week and decreasing the margin of error. • Led the annual award process for special award processes (i.e., retired employees) which included: Communicating to all managers key information, ensuring adequate funding, confirming payments and responding to inquiries throughout the process. • Compose business communications for newsletter updates, job aids, process documentation, and troubleshooting advice for managers and partners to support them through their responsibilities in Workday. • Key role in dynamic HR Transformation project to implement Workday that included testing and implementing communications to ensure the achievement of strategic goals to increasing manager autonomy and efficiency.
