Having developed the 3-year People Strategy, I was appointed to lead People Services at Post Office. People Services includes Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Organisation Design, Shared Services, People Systems and People Data, Insight and Analytics.

The Group CEO of Post Office asked me to lead a programme across the business to diagnose and assess the culture of the business whilst identifying opportunities for improvement prior to Phase 7 of the Public Inquiry. The programme also embedded a set of Culture Indicators that are reported to the Board, a ‘Yes check’ to help colleagues understand their role in the culture of the business, an ethical decision-making framework, and a 3-year People strategy that was approved by the Board. Responsible for the support services for the 11,500 Post Offices across the United Kingdom and the transformation programme to improve the support given to Post Offices after the High Court litigation and Horizon IT scandal.
