About Tom Parson

🧙‍♂️ I have over 20+ years experience working with business leaders who manage digital products such as websites, online platforms, back office systems, or customer portals.📈 People work with me to improve experiences and processes so they can increase conversions, increase profits, build resilience to change, and drive innovation.⭐️ I lead Huddle, a boutique consultancy I founded 10 years ago. We work with clients of all shapes and sizes – from owner-managed new ventures to the likes of Age UK, St John Ambulance, the Royal Air Force and the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce.🎹 I am also a corporate trainer, private tutor and contract lecturer, teaching coding skills from beginner to advanced.
