Founded in 1917, the California Association of Collectors (CAC) is the first organized association of collection professionals in the country and the founding unit of ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals. As the largest state unit of credit and collection professionals CAC provides a platform for its members to unite and better the collection industry in California. CAC members include: third-party collection agencies, creditors, asset buyers, attorneys, and vendor associates. Through a collaborative effort, CAC is able to address issues that are specifically related to third party collectors in the state of California.

California Business Bureau, Inc. (CBB) became licensed in the State of California in 1973 as a collection agency specializing in providing healthcare services.Based in Monrovia, California, with a branch office in San Diego, the activities of CBB go beyond traditional collection services. With our staff in excess of 170 employees, we provide a full range of receivables management programs including pre-collect, billing, follow-up and collection services, as well as backlog/clean-up projects.
