Tracy M. Smith, owner of Inhance LLC, has more than 25 years of executive experience partnering with private, public, and non-profit organizations. Her areas of excellence are: organizational development, leadership development, training, career management, executive selection, and workforce development. She has a Master’s of Science in Management from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies and Women’s Studies from Pitzer College in Claremont, CA. She has several professional certificates in training, including multimedia and web-based training, public deliberation, and facilitation. She uses evidence-based assessments in the areas of personality, intercultural, and emotional intelligence to gain deeper insights into organizational, team, and individual performance. Her work approach includes project management, proactive communication, cross-functional relationships, and impeccable implementation and execution. Tracy’s passionate about creating positive social change in her community—with an emphasis on underserved and underrepresented communities. This has been reflected in her adjunct teaching of management and MBA courses at Portland State University, Marylhurst University, and University of Phoenix. She partners with organizations to bridge the skills gap and increase opportunities to obtain middle-skill jobs and career track employment. She volunteers at career expos and provides support and guidance through resume presentations and workshops, and mock interviews. Tracy also volunteers at Multnomah County Library where she assists individual patrons with resume and interviewing support that results in new jobs and re-entry into the workplace.
