With a solid trajectory that covers 10 years of experience in research, I currently drive innovation at Cogna Educação, applying skills in service design, research methods and workshop facilitations. My goal is to help design services and experiences that meet businesses' and users' needs in a technological context that is rapidly growing. I have led research projects in all design phases and various stages of product development, always stimulating collaboration. I believe different areas have privileged and specific points of view to contribute in design strategy. Sharing knowledge and fostering a user-centered research culture is my key goal.I hold a masters' degree in Information Science. My works have been in controversy mapping through social media and journalistic content, trying to grasp a consensus among users around challenging politicized and cultural topics. I also developed research focusing on how platform's features might arise from collective user generated content and behavior (this is about hashtags, basically and Twitter - R.I.P.). Besides my knowledge on studying sociotechnical contexts, as a Museology bachelor, I have a solid skills on analyzing cultural, artistic landscapes and aesthetic consumption.
