Pre-Closer
Current- Prepare and review legal documents required for real estate transactions, such as purchase agreements, deeds, and closing statements.- Assist in the due diligence process by ordering and/or reviewing HOA’s, Mortgage Payoffs, surveys, inspections, and other relevant documentation.- Identify potential legal issues that may impact the transaction.- Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation.- Facilitate smooth communication throughout the pre-closing process.- Collaborate with the closing team to coordinate pre-closing activities, ensuring all necessary documents are in order.- Verify that the closing file is complete and accurate.- Interact with clients to address questions, provide updates, and gather required information.- Maintain positive client relationships throughout the pre-closing phase.- Maintain organized and up-to-date files for each real estate transaction.- Ensure that all documents and correspondence are properly filed/saved and accessible.- Collaborate with real estate attorneys to address legal issues and ensure that all legal requirements are met.
