After nearly 25 years serving as a paramedic I decided to return to College in the Computer Systems Technician Program, maintaining a 4.0 GPA, I possess a diverse IT skill set, including requirements analysis, troubleshooting, and maintaining secure computing systems. I am well-versed in information security best practices, computer networking fundamentals offered with the CCNA course, and troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues. With experience in the installation and configuration of new devices and a commitment to confidentiality. I am confident my technical skills, communication, and organizational strengths will benefit a company when I begin my new role.
