Whether each idea was derived from an individual member's family tradition or what they had seen on Pinterest yesterday, I created a common themed menu that featured three or four ideas the members had. Sure, we weren't able to cook everything we thought of but with experimentation comes failure and success. Both which the members were able to learn from. Each dollar contributed to the Club was used for the food and rent of the space we were generously able to use. Finally, a Club where the money contributed was actually used for the ideas members had and those same ideas eaten!By using prior experience with inventory management and cooking techniques, I oversaw members in separate sessions each week.
