•Analysis of daily, weekly and monthly BSS & RF reports provided by the OMC-R•Investigate issues highlighted in the daily / weekly / monthly reports or as instructed by the Radio Network Engineering group and, if required, perform field testing to facilitate the investigation.•Provide recommendations to optimize the RAN network to the A.M / Manager BSS-RF OPS.•Give suggestions and recommendation to optimize the RAN network to the A.M / Manager BSS / RF OPS.•Liaise with Field Engineering staff for the necessary trouble shooting / fault rectification. •Interaction with Operators and Vendors at Tier 1 level TT / AR opening etc.•Escalate to seniors in management chain and the Radio Network Engineering group for any abnormality observed in the networkEntrusted additional responsibility as a OMC-R Engineer involves•Monitoring of Radio Access Network (RAN)•Monitoring of Transmission Equipment•Liaise with Field Engineering staff •Liaise with Call Center•Liaise with concerned interconnect authorities for media related issues•Reports preparation daily, weekly & monthly regarding BSS & RF operations•Interaction with Operators and Vendors at Tier 1 level for TT opening etc.•Escalation to Seniors in management chain for any abnormality in network
