I am the Chief Clinical Officer at Centria Healthcare, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to autistic individuals.As a leader, my goal is to foster an environment of clinical excellence through leadership and systems development.As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), my goal is to give clients a voice through progressive and compassionate care.I was born and raised in a small agriculture town in the Central Valley of California. I was the first person in my family to go to college.I dropped out of college, only to return later to focus on a science that truly helps people.I quit my first behavior technician job within 30-days, to return to that same company years later as a Clinical Director.I never thought I'd be in the position I am right now. I never thought I’d be in a position to help and support so many people across the country.It is a powerful thing, to have the ability to come alongside someone’s story; to intercede on an individual’s behalf, aid in their successes, and ultimately expand the environment in which they live, learn, work and play. I love my work at Centria Healthcare, where I oversee the client-staff interaction from initial assessment through discharge, including:- quality standards implementation- professional development- clinical outcomes leading towards values based care- clinical decision makingI do all of this while aligning continuous ongoing assessment with curriculum and systems of support. I have 14 years of cross-sector experience across both social, education and healthcare.I am passionate about leveraging the science of behavior analysis and large data sets within a system that continuously measures quality and performance.
