CAPS Group runs 29 clinics in Japan (and the number is still growing). Our clinics provide services such as pediatrics (all clinics), internal medicine (two clinics), health check-up for children, vaccination for adult and children among other services. The clinics run for the whole year (365 days) where customers can make reservations and visit any of the clinics as they like (because all data is stored in the cloud).I lead a new initiative to deliver a total healthcare solution using technology (aiming to go beyond medical care and enable self-medication) to maximize the total amount of happiness for our customers as in the company's mission. My work includes the inception of the total solution concept, building the technology team comprised of software engineers, product managers, UX designers among others, and growing the company to reach billions of dollar revenue.
