• Drove 10+ inventory health management software tools that sit on Amazon Seller Central, and cost reduction for ~1.5 billion Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) sellers in the US store.• Directed cross-functional stakeholder teams by reviewing product adoption progress to ensure we are on track towards our vision, working with 16 teams across North America, Europe, and China.• Leveraged SQL and QuickSight to analyze data of ~1.5 billion US FBA sellers to identify reasons for aged/excess/idle/stranded inventory across all US FBA centers.• Led the building and structure of a detailed and filterable big data analysis dashboard (used by other teams) that analyzed ~1.5 billion sellers, and further broke down over 300K of sellers with unhealthy inventory at a molecular level over the past 12 months; looking at numerous metrics including location, category, inventory, inventory type, shipment frequency, sales, etc. • Proposed strategic solutions to reducing unhealthy inventory across all 110 US Fulfillment by Amazon Centers (FBA) centers.• Identified Seller pain points to guide overall inventory health products; owned roadmaps, drove contributions to strategic docs that guided product teams.• Identified over 100 metrics to be tracked, and prioritized the top 5 and top 10 metrics to be tracked for FBA inventory health team.• Analyzed data over ~1.5 billion US FBA sellers to understand the adoption of over 10 inventory health tools; ran deep dives to determine the causes of low adoption and proposed new strategy to drive user adoption of these tools.• Proposed strategic solutions to reducing storage costs for Amazon and for sellers across all 110 US Fulfillment by Amazon Centers (FBA) centers.• Assigned and handled an escalation for US FBA sellers in China during Chinese New Year, by collaborating with our teams in China.• Wrote 2 PRFAQs, 2 OP1 documents (one on behalf of a new colleague).
