As Assistant Manager – Tool Room.o Entrusted to look after Tool Room & Tool Maintenance Departmentso Successfully reduced the down time by identifying the key failure areas and initiating proactive measures like, Periodic Preventive Maintenance, Maintaining spares, effective design correction to prolong the tool life.o Synchronizing the department output with production requirement to ensure the trouble free delivery of finished goods to customer.o Training and improving the skill level of department members to handle technically advanced tools like  High accurate and high cavitation moulds.  Multi colored moulds (Over Molding)  Health care moulds.o Process planning and follow up for new tool development to achieve T-0 date.o Taking care of post trial activities like correction work dimensional differences, & Functional issues.o Assisting program manager in getting the tool approved. As Manager – Designo Leading team of 5 designer and 3 cam engineerso Taking care of complete design activity starting from Design feasibility study, to design completion and to meet organization’s KPI.o Handling communication with customer with respect to part correction proposal and obtaining design approval.o Maximizing design effectiveness by imparting and implementing innovative design concepts.o Liaise with tool manufacturing team by conducting review meetings for design as well as cam.o Guiding CAM engineers in minimizing manufacturing cost and synchronize the shop floor activities with respect to process plan in timely manner. o Successfully minimize lead time of post trial correction by revising the dimension and tolerance method and implementing new check sheet for steel dimensions.o Supporting sales in inquiry reviews and developing concept design for estimation and costing.o Monitoring and controlling of revision and document control as per quality system.

As Tooling Engineero Supporting production department for trouble free operation.o Conducting periodic maintenance, Break down maintenance. Spare preparation.o Monitoring and controlling the team of native technicians and updating the shift activity to HOD.o Updating document and reports.As Supervisor Tool Roomo Took care of entire tool room activities.o Assigning and prioritizing the work load as per production schedule.o Liaising with Production, Planning, Engineering and Quality Control department as a member of Cross Functional Team in the scope of increasing the plant performance and output.o Preparing monthly report to top management to make important decision.o Successfully implemented a system to track life of Individual insert of High Production moulds.o Initiation and establishing New tool development activities in Batam plant
