Mr. Fritz has worked as staff and/or consultant for more than 35 organizations throughout Florida to facilitate community participation in the direction and management of downtown or neighborhood revitalization efforts. Applying the expertise gained from five years in quality management with Philip Crosby Associates, Inc., Fritz develops strategies for sound management, continuous improvement, open participation and consensus building.

Directed efforts for 4-point Urban Main Street program for the Central Business District (CBD) of historic Downtown Miami. Program was designated by the Florida Main Street Program in 1997.

In 1999, Mr. Fritz served as Interim Director for Downtown Gables, the Coral Gables Business Improvement District, including developing a plan for implementing the BID’s Strategic Plan and managing a transition in staffing and nomination/election of a new Board of Directors. The project included one-on-one discussions with community stakeholders, facilitated Board Meetings, Board and Committee orientation in consensus building, recommendations for Organization and Board “Buildout”, assistance in planning for effective volunteerism and organization management and facilitating the election of new Board of Directors and coordinating the Annual Meeting and elections. In 2000, Fritz continued to work with Downtown Gables to facilitate the hiring of a new Executive Director and to provide support for the new Board, Executive Committee and Executive Director.

Organization start-up and first year direction for the revitalization program for Downtown Winter Garden, FL. Community ranked #1 for designation by the Florida Main Street Program, based on the 4-point Main Street approach – Organization, Promotion, Design & Economic Restructuring - for community-based development for historic Downtown areas.Staffed the City's effort to organize the Downtown Winter Garden Community Redevelopment Agency.

Recruited by PCA, Creative Services Division, to manage the development and customization of training materials for clients. Responsibilities included working with client companies to identify requirements, developing print and video training materials based on the Crosby Quality Management System, and managing graphic design for final layout and production of materials.As Senior Project Manager for CAI, Fritz developed a four-course quality management training program and quality management system for the manufacturing sector of the nation of Singapore. Client was a statutory board of the Singapore government. Responsibilities included overall project management, development of training materials, trainer guides, implementation guidelines, and production of video scripts. Project included conducting training classes and managing implementation of the project in two pilot companies. To date, more than 25,000 managers and staff have been trained under the Total Quality Process (TQP) package.Prior to assignment in Singapore, projects included complete print and video revision of PCA's Quality Education System (QES), revision of PCA's Quality Awareness Experience (QAE), customization of QES for one of the "big three" automotive companies, and other customization projects for clients.Qualified to train instructors for QES, a twenty-hour course to teach employees of client companies to improve quality in their workplaces. Additional responsibilities included interface with graphic designers/artists and supervision of all Macintosh Computer systems for PCA's Creative Services Division.
