To date, more than 25,000 managers and staff have been trained under the Total Quality Process (TQP) package.Prior to assignment in Singapore, projects included complete print and video revision of PCA's Quality Education System (QES), revision of PCA's Quality Awareness Experience (QAE), customization of QES for one of the "big three" automotive companies, and other customization projects for clients.Qualified to train instructors for QES, a twenty-hour course to teach employees of client companies to improve quality in their workplaces. Additional responsibilities included interface with graphic designers/artists and supervision of all Macintosh Computer systems for PCA's Creative Services Division.
