Current• Project : Sale Online Platform ( 2023 - Now ) - PIC module Facebook Post & Comment : + Build Post Management Module for Meta Business Suite ( to help salesman manage posts and interact with post through the application). + Build Comment Management Module for Meta Business Suite ( to help salesman interact with customer comments on Facebook through the application). - PIC module Reminder : Create reminders from chat rooms or customer lists and notify salesman when it's time for the reminder. - PIC module Report : + Create reports on interaction rates, conversations between customers and salesman and statistics on the number of connections with Zalo, Facebook, and Fchat Fanpages. + Report the warehouse content of the article to be used for Facebook posts, and calculate the engagement numbers of salesman/regions/areas with the sample content - PIC Media Service : Build a system to store user files and media (images, videos), allowing them to be shared with other users and used for other services. - PIC Call Service : Build Call Service to receive data from FreeSWITCH and perform call history logging and call quality assessment.• Project : Auto Report ( 2023 - Now ) - PIC - Crawl data on employee productivity and tasks from the company's data pages, and generate reports on the productivity and quality of work of each employee. - Build tool automation log task for employee.• Project : Dailo ( 2022 - 2023 ) - PIC Report Service : Build Report Service to generate statistics from campaign calls and salesman calls, and calculate the active time and customer care provided by salesman. - Support Campaign Service : Prepare data for campaign, build file mp3 for call.
