About Thanh Van Nguyen

I have the chance to be born in Vietnam, grow up in France and live in different countries. A few years ago a close friend asked me if I could pick a super power what would it be. I chose Time Manipulation as the first choice, second would be to fly because when I was a kid I often do flying dreams which gave me a feeling of Freedom and Momentum. Every day is a chance to learn, grow…and I believe that staying in a comfort zone is when you stop growing. I started my career in Market Research and Consulting, I worked in different industries with large multinationals as well as SMEs.In 2012 I came to Vietnam to take the lead of a HR company. I designed the Marketing and Sales strategy and ensured the execution of the plans. After 2 years, the company was dragged back into profit and ready for further development.From 2014 to 2016 I represented Panzani in Vietnam. Panzani’s ambition was to bring affordable yet superior Italian-style pasta cooking into homes throughout the world and become the No. 1 in pasta and sauces in strategic regions. I took up the challenge to introduce the products and launch the brand. Lately I decided to move on, as someone puts it "Being an entrepreneur is definitely not the safe road.
