Dylan is a digital marketing, social strategy and creative consulting company aimed at providing smart solutions for small businesses and start-ups. This includes branding, marketing and promotional campaign management and social strategies. We cater to your business needs and our services are customised to meet your business goals. My co-founder and I built Dylan (as we fondly call it) as a way to gain more experience in social media and marketing strategy, while helping friends and referrals gain traction while starting out. We take on projects that we believe in and work closely with the company's founders to create and launch brands that are memorable and relevant. As a small outfit, we manage small teams of freelance professionals who work remotely to make our projects successful. Because of this agile set up, we are able to function in both Australia and Singapore and have over the years built strong relationships with freelancers who regularly take on our curated projects. Some of our campaigns and projects include research, website development, brand and identity design, digital strategy (email and social) and regular content creation for engagement and promotion.Some of our clients include Coffee Break, The Global Citizen, Quotient Travelplanner, Tang & Co., Meridian Learning, ZumVet and kit+un.PS. A passion project that I started together with a friend to bring our experience in branding and marketing to conceptualise and execute brand identities through visual content. My role as co-founder and photographer entails end-to-end client engagement, project management and execution. Our clients include Singapore Symphony Orchestra, Singapore Symphony Youth Chorus, Nodspark, ZumVet.Our services include visual branding, content creation, brand strategy consulting and event and lifestyle photography.

Orchard Clinic specialises in non-invasive therapy methods for diastasis recti and other postpartum issues that women face in their lives. As a strategy and communications lead, I assisted the co-founder in marketing, social media and communications strategies and execution. I built marketing systems for streamlining our efforts and increased our efforts in partnerships and collaborations. I also organised events for our community and managed strategic relationships with external partners. Internally, I managed the team and implemented cross-functional working streams to increase efficacy of our campaigns and content creation efforts.

After less than a year working with ZumVet under my company Dylan, the founding team took me on full-time as their marketing manager to be able to expand on their marketing efforts. My role included managing freelancers for adhoc work and collaborating closely with the product team to optimise our campaign efforts. I also wore an extra hat and developed HR processes for our team as the company grew. I was actively involved in hiring and onboarding new employees and helped to train and engage our team members. • Led branding and marketing efforts and developed brand messaging for key communication pieces• Planned, executed and optimised all marketing including social, content, SEO/SEM, email) and campaigns• Produced and launched all marketing content including script development and storyboarding• Built strategic partnerships in Singapore and new markets in the region for growth and expansion together with co-founders• Implemented HR processes such as onboarding, training and engagement for internal communications across the business

We worked closely with the founding team to bring their vision to life and consulted on their digital marketing efforts. Quotient TravelPlanner (now known as Wondergolander) is a travel agency specialising in bespoke and luxury travel. We work closely with our clients to plan a unique and unforgettable experience. We also launched the first of its kind Online Store (Ready To Tour / readytotour.com), which allows users to buy customisable travel packages online. • Managed the revamping of the Online Store user interface and experience to improve click throughs and personalisation• Planning marketing and social media strategies for the 3 different product lines, brand management• Social media management and community engagement on respective social networking sites• Project-managed partnership with National Geographic Live! in 2015 to organise an even to create awareness around wildlife conservation (specifically rhinos) and responsible travel. This included a private event with Nat Geo explorer Steve Winter for special guests of Quotient. I worked with an external agency to create an awareness and PR campaign surrounding the event that was featured in The New Paper. The event was successful and we managed to raise enough funds to transport 2 rhinos to safety in Botswana

Hong Kong

The Vine is an international church based in the Wan Chai district of Hong Kong. We are both a local and international family, made up of people born and raised in Hong Kong and others who have moved here from other countries. The Vine also helms a non-profit organisation that supports vulnerable and marginalised communities in Hong Kong and provides them with access to opportunities and resources and a voice in our society.• Project-led brand sharpening of the church's identity and branding to mainly allow easier implementation on digital platforms and to update and modernise the church's overall look. This included working with various teams throughout the organisation to identify key problems in brand implementation and consistency. I also worked on website user experience and restructuring, reorganising and focusing of social media and marketing strategies to ensure that all platforms are aligned and streamlined • Increased cross-team collaboration to improve internal communications and efficiency and stakeholder management. This involved implementing standard protocols and better systems to align all teams in the organisation and being accountable to both internal and external stakeholders• Ensured consistent branding across all platforms• Main liaison for all marketing and promotional campaigns. This also included working with the justice arm of our church (The Vine Community Services Limited) to advise on fund raising activities and campaigns

Melbourne, Australia

I co-founder the Singapore Film Festival Melbourne with two other passionate and like-minded friends in 2010 to showcase a small slice of Singapore's thriving film industry to Australia. Our target audience includes not only Singaporeans who have been away from home, but also cinephiles who are interested in looking at a different culture in filmmaking and production.Our small team of 5 managed the entire festival from conception to execution.• Main event and production manager for the inaugural Singapore Film Festival, Melbourne in 2010 and 2012• Assisted in sponsorship marketing and communications• Event and programming• Logistics and operations management for the festival end-to-end (shipping of reels from Singapore to Australia, licensing, managing resources and volunteer teams etc.)

Reebonz.com is an eCommerce site mainly in the Asia Pacific region, specialising in time-sensitive sale events, retailing luxury brands such as Prada, Miu Miu, Balenciaga and Vintage Chanel. I assisted in setting up marketing and operations in their Australian office including hiring staff and managing the office and inventory.• Planned and executed strategies around PR, social media, events and email• Campaign building, execution and reporting • Social media engagement and community management• Managed an external PR agency to gain traction in the Australian communities and collaborated with various media (both paid and earned) to promote Reebonz as the ultimate luxury destination
