I'm back in the library! I help people find their materials, shelve books, and do whatever they need me to. :-)

I provide great Member Service by greeting people as they enter the warehouse. I can answer most questions. I also check member's receipts as they leave and always make sure they leave with a smile. I always make sure my exit line is moving quickly and effeciently. I can do hourly safety walks.

I was in charge of the RFID team when our boss was off in another location, which was often. I worked tagging my own materials with RFID tags while communicating with the library staff and dozens of County Libraries. I also checked my team's work. I held the record for most tags per day for the entire team. I received a three on my evaluation, something only ten people in the entire company received.

I shelved books, assisted patrons in finding books they were looking for, helped parents find appropiate books for their children, helped set up and break down the children's programs, worked on the desk checking books in and out, sorted carts, helped people on the computers, and updated call numbers and barcodes when needed.
