Tom, as Development Principal in partnership with TPG Companies, managed $200M in funds deployed in the acquisition, entitlements and development of 5 mixed-use properties in Providence, RI, Portland, ME and Santa Monica, CA. In 2008 Tom completed the $128M, 400,000 sf 33-story Residences at the Westin Providence. The 360-foot tall tower included 5 levels of parking, 200 hotel rooms, 103 luxury residences, Flemings Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar.

Developers of award-winning Historic Preservation and Restoration projects including Infomart Los Angeles and the American Brewery Lofts in Boston. Other NPV Development projects included Evergreen Walk, a 1.2 million sf lifestyle center in S. Windsor, CT including LL Bean, Gap/Gap Kids, J.Crew, Banana Republic, Williams-Sonoma, Anthropology, LA Fitness and several National restaurants. Tom was also responsible for the development and construction of more than 700,000 sf of retail development at Buckland Hills in Manchester, CT. Tom was a principal in the acquisition and development of American Brewery Lofts, a $32M, 79-unit Award-winning Historic Restoration of the ornate brick Queen Anne style brewery originally constructed in 1893. Tom also managed the development of GTECH Center in the Capital Center, Providence, RI. The $60 million, 210,000 SF Office Tower includes Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and Fidelity Investments on the Waterplace Park level, a 250-car parking garage and GTECH Corporation World Headquarters. Tom partnered with IFM in the acquisition of the 1.2 million sf Dallas Infomart and was responsible for the development of the 425,000 sf, $88M Infomart Los Angeles, an award-winning National Historic Preservation and Restoration project.

As Senior Vice President and Principal in the Boston office for Trammell Crow Company, Tom was responsible for the development of over 1.1 Million SF of commercial, hotel and retail assets throughout New England and the greater New York metropolitan area including the 205,000 sf Festival at Hyannis, the 525,000 sf Burlington Centre Office Park and the $80 Million, 363-key Batterymarch Boston [Hilton] Hotel, the award-winning conversion and historic rehabilitation of a 1929 Art-Deco National Landmark tower.

Tom provided services as estimator, purchasing agent, scheduler, field-engineer, project manager and superintendant on several major Northeast projects, including Fleet Center Tower (now Bank of America), Providence, Harvard Medical School’s New Pathway Education Center and 745 Atlantic Avenue Office Tower, Boston.
