Assist in rollout of new stores and support of current stores hardware/software including installation of CAT 5 cable, UNIX servers and Windows based controllers for POS communications. Troubleshoot problems with POS equipment and use Symantec PC Anywhere and Remote Desktop to remotely handle issues. Install switches and install Cisco routers working with 3rd party vendors to get communications routed to Store Support Center.
