Directed a virtual team to develop a program evaluation model to assess the quality of current practices within the financial departments of different AIESEC offices across Canada. This guide standardized financial practices across the country. As a result I received the “Excellence in Finance” award for Canada. Created and presented stakeholder report to Board of Advisors for AIESEC Calgary every quarter in addition to an end of year report. This report included program results, forecasts, highlights, challenges and general updates. As a result the Board of Advisors was able to offer relevant insight and advice on how AIESEC could continue to achieve its goals.
