● Responsible for carrying out all Warehouse activities● Executing delivery fulfillment process for customer orders and Inter/Intra Company STOs● Initiate stock transfers/changes in stocks, perform Physical Inventory and update the stock change in SAP● Receipt of Inward materials and execute GR in SAP● Generate Online Form JJ (Advance Way Bill) for Incoming and Outgoing Declaration● Participated in SAP Roll Out Project (Business Integration Test & User Acceptance Test)

● Identify new suppliers (local and overseas) for the items related to Biometric Security Solutions as per the enquires from the customers● Manage ongoing relationships with the existing commercial partners● Getting competitive quotes from multiple Suppliers against orders● Making of Purchase Orders / Proforma Invoices (local and overseas)● Co-ordination & Documentation for Import and Export directly and through CHA ● Ensure products purchased from vendors are delivered to the customers on time ● Internal co-ordination with Accounts, Pre-sales and Technical team for smooth process flow● Maintain ISO 9001:2008 Documents & MIS Reports

● Application Support & Marketing for the ERP and CAD/CAM Softwares● Liaising with the clients regarding Software Demo/Presentation and Price Negotiation● Maintain MIS Reports

● Manage Wire EDM Division● Manage relationships with Commercial and Technical Partners ● Marketing, Procurement and Commercial activities● NC Programming, Job Sheet Preparation, Production Report, Drawing Preparation● Inspection Reports, Dispatch of Finished Jobs to Customers● Vendor Management & Sub-Contracting● Invoicing, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Banking Operations● Maintain MIS Reports

● Procure to Pay : RFQ, Negotiation, Purchase Order, Goods Entry, Accounts Payable etc● Vendor Management & Sub Contracting● Maintain MIR, Process Plan, Quality Plan, Tool Maintenance Report, Tool History Card, CAPA● Production Reports & Dispatch of Finished Goods● Maintain Daily RM/WIP/Finished Stock Reports and check Raw Matl Re-Order Level● Delivery Creation and Dispatch of Finished Goods to Customers● Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Banking Operations
