For almost ten years I've been on a mission to break generational curses in my community. As the Founder and Principal Clinician of Dynamic Uplift, LLC. I am passionate about creating transformational spaces for individuals and communities. As a trauma and resilience expert I walk with individuals and organizations on their journeys to understanding how trauma impacts our health and more importantly how resilience can aid us in our recovery. I firmly believe that healing happens in many ways, most of which are informal. While we cannot all be therapists, we can all be therapeutic.
