- Manage and improve the business and processes- Reduces the error rate by training the techniques and attract more customers with better services than competitors

- Coordinate with Group IT CTO and Lead Architect from France and execute group projects from Singapore- Provide 2nd and 3rd Level - Technical Support for internal and external customers- Oversee the projects for IT Network Infrastructure and Hardware devices installation at 50 clients sites from customers with different business domains (Such as Commercial Buildings, Hospitals, Airport terminals, Education sector, Keppel Land Residential buildings, etc)- Provide support on service delivery of Computerized Maintenance Management System for clients, Keppel Seghers, Qatar clients- Provide support on IT issues for other Oversea sites from Qatar, Malaysia- Manage activities for setting up the new sites in Singapore (Island wide) and installation of IT requirements- Liaise with strategic vendors for project related installation and service management activities (Telecoms, Network vendors, etc.)- Monitor the firewall tunnels, traffics and configure the policies for operation, IPSec, SSL VPN when needed- Mail server, mail active directory management for the ENGIE Services Singapore and South East Asia users- Prepare documentation and help with process improvements within the department- Contribute knowledge to internal team as In-house technical writer for infrastructure and systems

- In-charge and leading the IT Support section (2nd and 3rd level troubleshooting)- Oversee and deliver the IT infrastructure for all client sites (about 50 in Singapore island wide currently) in various domains such as Commercial Buildings, Hospitals, Airport terminals, Education sector, Keppel Land Residential buildings and so on.- Manage the service delivery of Computerized Maintenance Management System for other Business Units, Keppel Seghers- Manage and consult for IT issues for other sites in Oversea (China, India and Qatar)- Liaise with strategic vendors (Telecoms, Network vendors, etc.)- Manage in setting up of new sites IT system and installation island wide- Leading the project for the department for innovation- Coordinate with the Keppel Infrastructure Holdings IT teams for corporate IT projects with Keppel Offshore and Marine and manage the ad-hoc project assignments- Monitor the firewall tunnels, traffics and configure the policies as and when needed or required for operation, IPSec, SSL VPN- Maintain the mail server, mail active directory and manage the KFMO AD users in KI Domain- Develop and maintain the KFMO site on KI intranet portal- Improve the documentation and processes within department- In-house technical writer for infrastructure and systems- Audit the site operations in minor works and major works- Coordinate with the auditors from client DSTA and follow up on the audit findings- Assist Keppel on-site audit and improve the systems- Handle IT and system related issues in DSTA sites- Assist the operations manager in drafting the contracts for the Strategic Partners
