As a leader in HR management and organizational development, I help companies capitalize on the potential and strengths of every employee. Having implemented multiple talent development programs and initiatives with global scope, I am highly skilled in supporting large-scale change as well as organic and inorganic growth. When GE’s plastic division was purchased by SABIC, I accepted a role in Shanghai China to support integration efforts in APAC. To successfully merge a US headquartered operation into a new cultural paradigm while accelerating growth, I helped accelerate process improvements, business alignment, and best practices for adoption. After providing effective leadership in this endeavor, I transferred back to the US to oversee talent management in the Americas.While working at SABIC, I completed a second Master’s degree at Pepperdine University with a focus on organizational development. This unique program included brief consulting projects for major organizations such as Coco-Cola, World Bank, governments in France, and an entrepreneurial program in China. In addition to those projects at Pepperdine, I completed research related to “Interrole Facilitation” which identified strategies used by executives to enhance their performance within contemporary boundaryless work contexts. My current career endeavor was my first plunge into non-profit. I joined International Rescue Mission (IRC) during one of most historic times of need for Refugees. IRC has experienced record growth due to the intense shifting needs and world conflicts leaving millions of people displaced. I now get to support an organization bringing humanity and dignity to all people! It is truly a dream job. A multilingual executive who has lived/worked in Europe, Latin America, and Asia, I strive to create synergies and optimize performance during periods of change, transition, integration, and growth.
