Oversees a diverse organization of over 3K professionals, including Sales, Service, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing, Digital, Performance Marketing, Consumer / Market Research, Customer (CX) / User (UX) Experience, and Digital Product Management. Oversees the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience for all of our customers.
